I do have an appropriate saying for tomorrows traffic situation, but its in Russian it says tshishe yedesh dalshe budesh, What it means loosely translated is : if you will go slowly you will get farther, If anybody understands Russian please translate it to your friends, Lets all have BEI EZRATH HASHEM a very good day and Gut Shabbos, Thank you CHIEF OF POLICE FOR THE GOOD ADVISE,
