Galaxy 7 owners were instructed to keep the phone off for the duration of the flight, due to the fire risk.

Samsung today announced they’re halting production of the product.

  1. 1. the issue is with the Galaxy note 7, not the Galaxy edge 7 or the regular galaxy 7.

    2. Turning off the Note might not help, as a fire has been reported when the phone was off.
