  2. Of course he’s right, as any driver can attest to, the weaving in and out of traffic and the no reflectors at night. It is a pachad!!! I’m sure those parents say they can’t help it….

  3. Maybe we should be talking about seatbelts too. Often I see kids jumping around the car without a seatbelt. I can name a number of injuries and deaths due to people not wearing a seatbelt!!!
