I agree. ppl think we are supposed to daven to tzadikim. Actually we are supposed to daven ONLY to Hashem. Going to kivrei tzadikim is a way of asking hashem to answer us in the zechus of the tzadik.

Davening to Hashem is an absolute given! Need it be mentioned??
Of course, one should daven only to Hashem. But there is a place, as stated clearly al pi chazal in numerous places, for davening at the kever of tzadikim, requesting a bracha, etc. These inspirational stories simply highlight the greatness of our leaders and we can be in awe of these great men that our nation produced. No reason one should assume that chas v’shalom we are not to daven to Hashem.
