Attorney Michael Inzelbuch keeps BOE in suspense through another Board meeting

Will Attorney Michael Inzelbuch take the Board of Education counsel job, or won’t he?

During tonight’s Board of Education meeting, Inzelbuch  – who was offered the position in June, still has not made a move on accepting the job.

In a Board meeting following the offer, Inzelbuch told the Board he was not interested in the position because they are “unable to deliver a thorough and efficient education, and due to the continued antics.”

However, the offer, which was officially on the table for just a limited time, is still in the air.

Inzelbuch was in attendance at this evening’s meeting, but did not indicate whether he will be accepting the offer.

The Board this evening announced that a public meeting will be held next week. Officials are hoping during that meeting to also receive a final decision regarding the attorney position.

Can someone explain to me how he can bounce back and forth between working FOR the BOE, and having a private practice fighting for parents AGAINST the BOE?

It makes no sense. Sometimes when he fights the state it in in sync with most private school paying parents. But sometimes it is totally not beneficial for them.
Anywhere else it would be a conflict of interest.
You can’t serve the overall community in my opinion, if you earn a living helping in this field in my honest opinion.

Should not be so hard to understand most of the good trial attorneys today used to be prosecutors …you work for one side and then you go work for the other side and do a better job

Bob, I’m afraid you are not understanding.
This is not a case of a prosecutor becoming a trial attorney. In that case, he is no longer a prosecutor.

In this case he will be playing 2 sides of the game at the same side.
