2. @just asking – when you need them, you’ll learn who they are. Believe me they have better things to do with themselves than work tirelessly to get your child into school. It’s a thankless job, yet someone has to do it and they take it on themselves year after year. Why? Because every child has to be taken care of. Whether parents understand to be grateful or not

   This is coming from someone who doesn’t quite agree with everything the vaad does, however I acknowledge that we still have to be grateful.

4. NOT ONLY IS THIS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT VAAD, DO U KNOW WHAT THEY ARE?! A BUNCH OF SPECIAL INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE HEARTS THAT GO OUT TO CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT IN SCHOOL, AND THANKLESSLY SPEND THEIR TIME, EFFORT, AND EMOTIONS IN TRYING TO HELP EACH AND EVERY ONE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE STRANGERS!! Would you spend YOUR time doing that?? Mi Kiamcha Yisroel, and a HUGE thank you to our devoted, under-appreciated special ppl called the Vaad!!! May HKBH give you the koach to continue your amazing, selfless work!!!!!!

5. I couldnt agree more. How would u feel devoting your time and energy to try to help strangers get into school, only to see a comment like the one above making fun of them?! I believe u owe them apology and admiration. – From s/o who has witnessed the amazing chessed these ppl do for Hashem’s children year after year.

6. There needs to be a vaad to help kids get into the older grades also.
