At least two homes in Lakewood were burglarized over Shabbos – while the homeowners slept, TLS has learned.
The burglaries occurred sometime Friday night on 14th Street.
Sources say the suspects, reportedly two masked people, cut window screens in the rear of the homes, and climbed in through the windows. The windows were reportedly unlocked.
The suspects stole cash from the homes before fleeing.
Lakewood’s Detective Bureau and CSI are investigating.
