TLS has learned that another Hatzolah member has just passed his Paramedic Boards, adding another medic to the growing team of Paramedics on Lakewood Hatzolah. R’ Ezzy Levy, (pictured left), on Hatzolah for many years, is the latest member to have taken the approximately 2,000 hour course, certifying him as full fledged Paramedic.
In April, two other members passed the test as well.
Hatzolah Paramedics, also known as an ALS (Advanced Life Support) units, have partnered up with MONOC Paramedics about two years ago, in an effort to bring advanced lifesaving measures to patients at scenes, which standard BLS units cannot offer.
With these newest Paramedic members, Hatzolah now has 13 Paramedics in the organization. TLS-50/TLS-CCP.
