JUST IN: Authorities, including a K9 officer, are searching for two men seen fleeing today from the vehicle carjacked on Friday night, TLS has learned.
Police reportedly spotted the vehicle in the High Point development shortly after 5 p.m. this evening, and when he attempted to approach the vehicle, two men got out an ran, sources say. It’s unconfirmed at this time if the men were the suspects in the armed carjacking.
Backup and an Ocean County K9 dog were called in to join the search.
The vehicle was stolen from a food delivery man on Friday night after he was robbed at gunpoint.
