Agudath Israel of America’s New Jersey office congratulates Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill on her victory in this year’s gubernatorial election and extends our best wishes to her as she prepares to take on the monumental responsibilities of leading our state.

We are also particularly heartened by the exceptionally high voter turnout within the Orthodox Jewish communities across the state. While statewide turnout rose significantly compared with previous governor’s races, our community saw turnout levels that surpassed expectations, reflecting a strong commitment to civic participation and to shaping the future of our state.
