A Random Act of Kindness

A Texas man found a Lakewood resident’s wallet in a rental car in Florida, and despite no license inside, he worked to track him down, and paid $76 to ship it to him.

He declined to take payment, saying “just seek out helping someone else when you can”

  1. Why would it cost so much to ship? Maybe because he insured it. If there was cash, he could have wired it. Maybe there was something else expensive inside. It’s nice of him to do that.
