Why in the world is a 91 year old driving????
Based on insurance statistics the better question is why are 19 year olds driving? The safety record of drivers over 90 are better than those under 21. There is no set age at which one loses the ability to drive. There are various contributing factors and each individual needs to make the proper decision at the proper time, hopefully with the influence of family, physicians, friends and neighbors if and when necessary. Please show a little respect for your elders!
Yitz – he was driving cuz he had to go pick up his parents from work. If you really wanna know.
retest after 70, and every 10 years after.
People need to retested after a certain age. It is proven that your eyesight, hearing and reaction time deteriorate as you age.
