4 Injured, 2 Seriously, in Head-on Collision on Cross Street (PHOTOS)

head onA head-on collision in Lakewood this morning landed four people in the hospital, two with serious injuries, officials said.

The accident occurred shortly after 8 AM on Cross Street.

Over a dozen personnel from Hatzolah, Lakewood First Aid and EMS responded to the scene, including paramedics from MONOC.

Two people were transported by Hatzolah Paramedics to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and two were transported by Hatzolah to MMCSC.

There are road closures in the area.
