A day after announcing an arrest in the year-old unsolved homicide of 18-year-old Anthony D. Skyers II, Ocean County authorities on Wednesday charged a second man they claim arranged his murder. Dyshon Ragland, 22, of Princewood Avenue in Lakewood, is accused of recruiting Dennis Thigpen Jr. -who was arrested in Keansburg Tuesday -to kill Skyers, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. Skyers, of Toms River, was found dead on June 6, 2008 in a wooded area separating two Lakewood condominium complexes. Read full APP article here.
