They lived on Pinemere, off 14th street. Not Forest Ave.

A wonderful, wonderful man. Sweet, kind, friendly, warm. BDE.
This humble gem of a man was amazing. He and his wife would look for bochurim who came to yeshiva without a chevra, overseas or alone, and invite them regularly. They lived in a modest basement in the apartment house opposite Youks on 5th Street, but always had room for guests. He came from the Bronx, and his wife was the child of survivors in Harrisburg Pa. They had a soft spot for anyone who didn’t have much support. The mashgiach Rav Noson zatzal was mavhshiv him very much and made a private chavrusa with him and someone else to learn in his house. I heard at that time that Rav Wolbe once came to Rav Noson’s house while he was there and wanted to talk about Kelem and private things. Rav Noson told him that this yungerman can stay because he is absolutely to be trusted like one of us.
His wife knew plenty of sickness but Reb Yitzchok stayed cheerful and calm. בעל אמונה שאין כמותו. חבל על דאבדין
