20 Year-old Lakewood Man Dead in Apparent Drug Overdose

csi tlsA 20 year-old Lakewood man was found dead today in an apparent drug overdose, police confirm to TLS.

Police responded to a residence on Canterbury Court at about 10:15 a.m. this morning for a 20 year-old man who had apparently overdosed on narcotics, Detective Lieutenant Steve Allaire tells TLS. Upon arrival, police located the victim dead on the couch. The victim was found by his mother, who contacted police.

Detective Oscar Valmon and P.O. Steve Kelusak are investigating, along with the Ocean County Prosecutors Office, Medical Examiner’s Office and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
