1 of The 8 NJ Million-Dollar Winning Powerball Tickets Was Sold In Lakewood

One of the eight New Jersey million-dollar winning Powerball tickets – matching all 5 numbers besides the Powerball –  was sold here in Lakewood. The winning Lakewood ticket was purchased at the Fleet Petroleum on River Avenue.

The other million-dollar tickets were sold in Fort Lee, Atlantic City, Bayonne, Guttenberg, Jersey City, Union City and Kearny.

Lottery officials say 450,781 tickets in New Jersey are worth something.

The two winning jackpot tickets were sold in Arizona and Missouri. It was the second-largest lottery prize in U.S. history. TLS.

  1. It is TRUE. There were 2 JACKPOT winner. One in Missouri and one in Arizona. There were also multiple $1 million dollar winners one of which was in Lakewood.
