1-2 Inches of Snow Expected Wednesday, Thursday; Coastal Flood and High Wind Watch

Despite Spring just about two weeks away, don’t pack away those shovels just yet. Lakewood could be getting 1-2 inches of snow tomorrow night into Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

In addition, the NWS has issued a Coastal Flood Watch and High Wind Watch for Wednesday morning into Thursday morning, with wind gusts expected to reach 55 MPH. Strong winds could bring down tree limbs and power
lines and cause power outages.
