A Lakewood, NJ ABA company is hiring an ABA recruiter. Looking for someone with prior ABA recruiting experience. Also open to candidates with experience recruiting nurses, DSP, carers, etc. Job involves posting jobs on Indeed and Apploi, setting up Zoom or phone interviews with potential therapists, hiring and onboarding. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9:30-3, 9-3, 9-4 or 9-5, and Fri 9-12/1.
