First Report:::After much deliberation, BMG has decided to open its own Boys and Girls Elementary school this coming school year. The Cheder, now run by Rabbi Baruch Manes, located at the corner of Madison and 9th Street, which is owned by BMG, will become the new location for the BMG boys school. The Cheder and the BMG girls school locations, are yet to be determined. Bais Faiga will remain with R’ Baruch Manes and will be taking his cheder school children with him. TLS will keep you updated with any further details as they emerge.

TLS has received the following information from various sources.

A few people from all sides have been working around the clock on the various issues in the Cheder and Bais Faiga for the past few weeks. Proposed solutions include, a total change in the administration, to strong oversight by an appointed Vaad HaCheder, to splitting the boys from the girls schools or creating two new schools.

There were many ideas which did not work out. There is a strong option on the table being worked on right now…which near all see as the best solution…
