PHOTOS: A fire on Friday night completely destroyed a Whispering Pines home which was home to a Shul, officials tell TLS. The fire started about 10 PM, according to neighbors, and the home reportedly had heavy smoke emerging from the home the time firefighters arrived
Another General Alarm was hit out this morning, when apparently the same house caught fire, sources say.
The house is home to a Bobov Minyan as well. The Sifrei Torah were unharmed, a source told TLS.
Nobody was injured, and the fire is under investigation.

#16 even the government is making cuts now
so everyone must make the cuts too !
It might be a good idea to to put your bathroom fans on a separate switch. If the builders cared about the people they sold houses to instead of how much money they can save by cutting corners on construction they would use a better quality fan in the bathroom.
lucky the whole neighborhood didnt go up. those houses are far too close to each other.
Why do you have to bashmootz the builders? They provide the stuff that you want. Basic everything, no upgrades available. They are convinced that you wouldn’t want to pay an extra $100 to have better, stronger, quieter and safer bathroom fans. And they may be right!
#21 i understand the cuts being made. but i dont think the tax payers know that buy cutting our budget we cannot replace damaged equipment. we do not have enough air packs on our fire trucks as per NFPA requirements ! cutting the fire budget is going to cost us lives . we need to stop and think.
