A Lakewood resident alleges this Amazon delivery person delivered the packages he was expecting, took a picture showing it was delivered, and then stole them from his steps. The customer says the items show delivered in the app, but he never got them.

  1. are you sure they’re your steps in the picture? I’ve had a few times that a neighbor got my packages, but because we live in townhouses, you can’t tell if the picture is the right door.

  2. Yes it’s happening every day. Just the other day my neighbor ordered 4 items they came delivered two took a pic from one angle than took pic from another angle and said delivered on app with two pics. But since I only got 2 boxes I looked closer at pic and noticed that it’s same boxes I called company and they agreed and they refunded me

  3. I once made a mistake of scheduling a home pickup to return a laptop. Someone delivering a different package to my home made off with it. I learned the hard way that it’s best to bring an expensive item to a Fedex/UPS location and get a receipt.
