An alleged home intruder in Lakewood is in custody, thanks to the swift response of the Lakewood Police Department.
A resident phoned police shortly before 5 PM stating somebody had broken into his County Line Road home.
Multiple officers responded and located the suspect on scene, taking him into custody.
When asked why he broke into the home, the home intruder told reporters, “Well, how was I supposed to know the police would arrive so swiftly?!”
With all due respect, not one of your better comments. The crook is not that literate. You could maybe have done something with that. I dunno. You always surprise me with a good laugh, but this time, meh.
Hey!
Is that the entire police department?
