It is with much regret we inform you of the Petirah of Rav Shelaim Tzvi Feurst Z”L, who was Niftar this evening.
Rav Shelaim Z”L served as a longtime Rebbe in Toras Emes of Los Angeles, as well as the Rav at Ohr Simcha in the Valley. He moved to Lakewood around one year ago. He was approximately 70 years old.
The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 9:00 PM this evening at the 7th Street Chapel, followed by Kevurah in Eretz Yisroel.

I have known Rabbi Feurst for decades. He was a true eved hashem who contributed greatly to the growth of Torah in Los Angeles. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
