He has bean saying this the whole summer that school is opening no water what. What is new ?
He reversed by now allowing districts to not open qt all and only do online instruction. Before they had to open in some capacity.

Lets not fool ourselves we know that not one Lakewood school will conform to any of the social distancing and mask requirements.
Your headline is not accurate. The schools have to meet all the state guidelines in order to reopen. Yes, once all guidelines are met schools may reopen.
