As previously reported on TLS, Judge Mark Troncone unilaterally approved the proposed Jackson Parke North development and appointed a court monitor to oversee all future affordable housing applications in Jackson at township expense. 

Additionally, the Jackson Parke applicant was awarded all legal fees and the Court expects the proposed Jackson Parke South development to be approved in the near future.

Now, Judge Troncone has signed the pertaining documents, officially putting the court order into effect.
