6. Will they tell us what brands these items are or are they off brand? If they’re off brand isn’t it a better deal to just order from a local store what you actually need?

7. We are not kashering our oven, just using a hot plate and buying ready made food but we still need some utensils. How can we find out what comes in it or if its better for us to go to stores and just get what we need? Can someone please post what’s in it? For example we don’t need a frying pan since we’re not kashering our stove and oven but do need a pot so we can heat up our soup on a hot plate

8. We are trying to provide the highest quality product available. The box contents are listed on the website. We bought wholesale and added no markup and are subsidizing this project.

   You can shop on your own and we encourage that – if you shop really carefully you might do better financially, however we ask that you not shop in person in stores, do it online to avoid the spread of the virus and look out for delivery times to have it in time for making Pesach.

   For most people this will be far easier to shop here through this us, and you don’t need to toivel these items either according to the BMG Poskim.

10. it worked before for me, but not now. showed pots, frying pans, potato masher, knifes, peelers, cutting board, seder plate, matzah cover, hagaddahs, immertion blender, and a few other things i dont remember. showed that the knives were victornox, but did not show other companies

18. To A: Originally it said there was a problem with my credit card although I think the credit card is working fine and now it says it’s out of stock. Is there any update? Will you still be getting more stock? Thank you very much we all really appreciate the service!

19. We are back in stock. We were flooded yesterday with orders and had some technical issues. We processed over 1,000 orders yesterday and some 500 today and the orders are still flooding in.

    Tova, we can’t do partial orders, the logistics of this are too complex, and this is a huge job for us all.

    Sonia, we are about to launch a Yomtov meals program with full pre-cooked ready to go meals for 10 meals for a family of 5, at low cost. Details will be out shortly. This will be by sanitary pickup only, you won’t need to leave your car.
