Two injured in multi-vehicle accident on Cedarbridge Ave in Lakewood (VIDEO)

As first reported on our News Alerts and Status, two people were injured in a multi-vehicle accident in Lakewood this evening.

The accident occurred on Cedarbridge Avenue near Mellville Avenue around 8:30 PM.

One seriously-injured driver needed to be extricated from his vehicle, officials said.

Two people were transported to JSUMC with paramedics – one patient by Hatzolah and one by EMS.
