Attorneys James Mahon and Vincenzo Mogavero, Shareholders of Law Firm Becker & Poliakoff, were the ones who successfully defended the SCHI charitable foundation against criminal charges brought by the state of New Jersey.
After a two-year investigation and ensuing jury trial, the foundation was acquitted of all charges and has been able to resume its charitable work in Lakewood.
Rabbi Eisemann still awaits an answer to the request for acquittal on the remaining two Counts.
