Police have confirmed that the vehicle found in the Passaic River in Wallington is that of the missing girl Devorah Stubin. Her body was found inside.
The car was found submerged in the river around 4:30 PM on Shabbos.
Hatzolah members from Lakewood were part of a team of hundreds of volunteers searching on Shabbos for the girl who was last seen Thursday night.
On Friday morning, her mother wrote that Devorah “has a seizure disorder and is missing her meds.” She was last seen in Maywood at approximately 8:45 PM.
UPDATE: The Levaya will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday afternoon at the Jewish memorial Chapel, 841 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ, 07012.
