A car and school bus collided on County Line Road this morning, leaving the car in flames under the hood of the bus.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Teaberry Road and County Line Road shortly after 8 AM.
After colliding with the bus head on, the car caught fire under the hood of the bus, officials say. All children were immediately removed from the bus.
Hatzolah, EMS and the Lakewood Fire Department responded to the scene.
None of the children aboard were hurt, and the driver of the car was not seriously injured.
Police are on scene investigating.

It’s about time that they are pulling people over for minor infractions. They should pull people over for all unsafe driving habits and at least give warnings… seatbelts, stop signs, broken tail and headlights….
Its time to clean up our roads
And it’s the same about time they start pulling over school busses for their infractions (which are always major due to the kids on the bus)!
Oh and of course one of the great drivers are going to say how this driver was so great and wasn’t his/her fault – granted. I’m talking in general, we all see it and I have a number of videos so far…
what happened to the bus driver?
which school were the children from?
How did that even happen?
