Barry A. Iann has won the most write-ins during last week’s election, TLS has learned. Iann will fill the unexpired one-year term on the board, which nobody filed for.
Iann was endorsed by the Vaad.
Iann received over 3,000 of the approximately 4,000 write-ins. Carl Fink, a former board member, received approximately 600 write-ins.
As earlier reported, the other school board winners were David Jacobovitch, Hillel Brull and Heriberto Rodriguez.
