HATE: Waste Management Employee Posts Video Dumping Snow on Unsuspecting Jews in Lakewood [UPDATED – Statement from, ADL, Police Chief and Mayor] | Aaron Neuman

A sickening and possibly antisemitic incident on Saturday was allegedly recorded and posted to Facebook by the perps themselves, and now I want to know why these men are still employed.

The video shows two men targeting two Orthodox Jewish men walking during yesterday’s blizzard in Lakewood.

In the clip, which Donny Klarmann and Brandon Ebbs both posted to Facebook, the men can be seen purposely lower the plow near the Jews, dumping a massive amount of snow on the innocent victims.

The pair begins laughing uproariously and the video then cuts out.

As of this writing, the video is still up on both individual’s Facebook pages.

Donny Klarmann’s Facebook page shows that he works for Waste Management. Brandon Ebbs’ page doesn’t specify where he works.

However, I’d like to know why Klarmann is still employed. The moment that video was posted, Waste Management officials should have terminated him. No company servicing the public – and no company at all, for that matter – should be employing an individual who purposely targets Orthodox Jews or any other minority, or shares such a despicable video.

This man being needs to be taught a lesson, and his termination should be a message to everyone else that hate, discrimination, and any such sick deed will not go unpunished.

Waste Management, it’s your move now.

UPDATE: Lakewood Mayor Ray Coles tells TLS the company is not contracted with the Township.

Officials also request if you know who the victims are or if you know where in Lakewood this occurred, to please let us know so we can forward the information to the proper authorities.

UPDATE: The man took down the video, deleted most of his information, and changed his name on Facebook.

The ADL made the following statement in response to our report.

UPDATE: “We will not tolerate this type of behavior, and are investigating this incident,” Police Chief Greg Meyer told TLS. “We thank everyone who brought this incident to our attention.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sgt. Nate Reyes, at 732-363-0200, extension 5345.

UPDATE: “I was appalled and shaken when I saw this video,” Mayor Ray Coles told TLS. “Not only was it cruel but it was also incredibly stupid and dangerous. The plow could easily have thrown chunks of ice or rock and seriously injured or killed either of the victims. I am glad to know our police department is taking this as the serious incident it is.”

  1. You should make it clear in this post how it’s a hate crime: it’s because he writes – “this is for you JC”. Otherwise it could be random fun (albeit at the expense of others).

  2. As a contractor I’ve worked with Waste Management for close to 20 years or more and that is not the type of employee behavior they promote or condone. The managerial staff has always been polite, respectful and very responsive to any question, minor complaint, or need.
I’m very confident this incident by a couple of sick individuals will not go unaddressed by management and hopefully has no negative reflection on Waste Management. They’ll be unemployed shortly if not already.

  3. I imagine if I call Waste Management, my phone call might go as follows:
Me: Hello, Waste Management, why is Mr. Klarmann still working for Waste Management after he posted that vile video.
Waste Management: You just answered your own question.
    Me: What do you mean?
Waste Management: Well, Mr. Klarmann is a piece of waste, and we manage the waste, so we manage him.
Me: I’d appreciate it if the waste would be discarded, rather than be managed.
Waste Management: I have other calls to tend to. I can’t waste any more time on this. Can I help you with anything else today?
Me: No, this is a waste of time.
Waste Management: If you’re satisfied with my response, please answer the survey at the end of this call, and give me a good review. Thanx.
    Me: Thanx.

    • Thank you for a good laugh.
Guess what, regardless of whether or not he is still employed, God will take care of them big time. God has about 1 trillion options what to do with these mammals. I have a funny feeling, that was their last laugh.

  4. The post title “this one is for you JC” should tell you something. But nope this is totally not antisemitism. ????????????

  5. I’m a Waste Management customer for the last 5 years. I will wait a day or 2 and if they do not take action against this employee, I will cancel my account with them.

  7. Actually Larson Ford is very friendly to the frum oilam.

They give out shirts and caps to their vendors. That guy probably picks up their trash, so he ended up with a shirt.

  8. Disgusting. More disgusting is the fact that these two scum had no issue publicly sharing their blatant antisemitic behavior on social media. They knew they would get cheered on by the public for their harassment of the Jew.

It’s all a game about who can taunt the Jew more. But of course this has absolutely nothing to do with antisemitism, after all one of these two scum even has a cousin who used to be married to a jew.

I hope the Lakewood Police Department charges these two animals with a bias intimidation assault charge.

  9. I screen recorded both videos and submitted them to Lakewood Police and Waste Management (one of their social medias as I couldn’t send the videos easily on their website).
So disgusted. Of course both videos are taken down and their accounts have limited access now but once something is posted on the internet…well it’s easy screen record…they already damned themselves and no one had to do it for them..they literally blasted themselves online.

  10. can not view anymore on facebook. they must have blocked it from the fear of losing their jobs. hope someone saved it.

these people obviously cannot be hired as subcontractors for government work. they cannot distinguish between right and wrong. Jewish Lives Matter.

  11. According to public records made available by the Monroe County (FL) Sheriff’s Office, someone with the name Brandon Ebbs residing in Bayville NJ has an open warrant in Florida for a probation violation. Thie warrant applies to a Brandon Ebbs born in 1979. Don’t know if this the same person who took part in the hate crime and who subsequently posted the video to their social media account. The information about the warrant can be found via Google search.

  12. Even as a non-Jew, I get very upset went such incidents happen around here. There is no room for hate anywhere! I hope the Orthodox know there are plenty of us non-Jews that want to co-exist with you in a neighborly and respectful manner. Just because the different communities do not mingle with each other does not mean we cannot be respectful townspeople!

  13. I had a situation in the Summer, where i was walking to Shul on Shabbos Morning and passed by 2 Lakewood Township employees filling potholes. I walked over to them and thanked them for their work. “Thank you for filling these potholes I really appreciate it.” Their response however shocked me, they looked at me with scorn and said “Hey, thank you for making them” and burst out laughing at me. I guess there will always be hatred in this world, even when someone goes out of their way to be kind and thank them for their work.
