  1. to quote the Chachomim: Lav achbara ganav, ela chura ganav.
Keep valuables with you in the hoyse and please! lock your car!
(And if a kid climbs into the car and falls asleep there?)

  2. The owner of the vehicle practically made the thief’s job a piece of cake by not locking the door. Some lessons, unfortunately, will never be learned. Hope the purse is recovered.

  3. if thats a mint green car then there was yesterday a bad accident on the gsparkway about 730pm with that style and unusual color check it out

  4. while i do not condone taking things from other people’s property, i wonder about the intelligence of someone left her purse in view in an open car. she probably didnt realize she left it behind, but, in this day and age, locking one’s car should be automatic

  5. I hate to come across as blame the victim, but isn’t it silly that people leave their car doors open overnight especially with valuables inside

Would someone leave the door to their house open overnight?

  6. It seems that the person knew and expected the car to be unlocked with valuables. The driver dropped her off at the correct house, and she entered the correct car without even inspecting it to see if it was unlocked or had valuables. She never even checked the other cars!

  7. As a detective why don’t the police department working on the case, zoom the video in to get a closer look at the thief’s face so they can have it saved in their records?

Hope they catch the thief And everyone learns from this to never leave even cheap values in the car like chargers. At least hide them in the car so it doesn’t attract a thief to break into the car and also do damage to the car etc…. C”V

  8. Must be the person knew the door would not be locked and where the pocketbook is. Could it be someone related to a helper or worker at home. They didn’t try the other cars. They must have had some inside info.

  9. Leaving your car unlocked and your pocketbook in it is creating a case of דבר האבוד. This means the item is הפקר and it’s not stealing!
The thief probably had been there before and found that the owner doesn’t lock her car. The owner must be a slow learner! Never figured out that you don’t leave your pocketbook in an unlocked car!

  10. To comment number 5. Please tell me why you can’t blame the victim. Leaving one’s valuables in plain sight in an unlocked vehicle is asking for problems. Have a blessed 5781.

  11. To comment number 5. Please tell me why you don’t blame the victim. Leaving valuables in plain sight in an unlocked vehicle is asking for trouble. Don’t you think? Have a gbentched 5781.

  12. So, someone forgot to lock their car, I bet it happened to every one of you at hind sight 20/20 commentators! No matter how hard you try, it can happen to everyone!!!
The bigger question is: was this really unusual car located yet? Who’s the owner? It should be an easy catch! Especially with all the video and photo cameras at every parkway entrance and exit.
