[LIVE UPDATES VIA TWITTER] At 1:30 today will be the hearing on the motion filed by Rabbi Eisemann’s lawyers to dismiss the remaining two counts.
Should the judge deny the motion, the sentencing will take place immediately after.
There will be a special seder and minyan for tehillim concurrent with the hearing. The seder will take place at BMG’s Zemel-Mizrach bais medrash until 1:00. Rav Malkiel will deliver divrei hisororis until 1:15, followed by tehillim until 1:45. Mincha will follow, and then a minyan will say the entire Sefer Tehillim in the otzer adjacent to the Zemel-Mizrach. Everyone is invited to participate.
The Eisemann family asked that people continue to have in mind Osher ben Chana Frumet in their tefillos.
