Hopefully will never need to use the photos they took it’s just like insurance you hope to have use it but you want it in case you need it.

Great for buyers. As far as builders – if only they had a conscience to be so concerned for buyers future problems with their product. Every large company that sells you housewares or electronics for as low as $10 has great customer service standing behind their product ready to help you resolve problems. But when it comes to spending much more on a new home, builders leave buyer out to dry.
