It is with sadness we inform you of the Petirah of Habachur Yaakov Yitzchok Senderovitz Z”L a Lakewood Talmid from Toronto, who was Niftar following a lengthy illness.
Yaakov Z”L (ben Reb Binyomin), approximately 30, was a true friend and inspiration to all who came in contact with him. Whether it was during his early years learning at Yeshivas Nachlas Tzvi of Toronto or at Ohr HaTalmud of Lakewood.
In the post Yeshiva years he continued to thrive while learning with his daily Chavrusah and enriching the Lakewood community through the Chesed and kindness he exhibited on a daily basis.
One of his many chessed passions, was delivering Tomchei Shabbos packages weekly without any fan fare, as he did with all his many acts of kindness. Anyone that knew Yaakov will attest to his greatness and unique personality that exuded a Simchas Hachaim that was unparalleled.
“He will forever be remembered as a person who was machzik the world through his middos of Torah, Avodah, and Gemilas Chasadim,” said one of his close Chaveirim. “The world has lost a truly great person who made us better for knowing him. He was everyone’s best friend, favorite sibling, a Nachas to his parents and a true Oved Hashem.”
May he be a meilitz yosher for all of Klal Yisroel.
The Levaya will be taking place at 11:30 AM tomorrow in Toronto.
