Police are looking for a man suspected of exposing himself to a Frum mother and daughter in Lakewood, sources tell TLS.
The mother and teen daughter were reportedly walking in the area of East 7th and Somerset Avenue on Sunday afternoon when a driver passed by and called them over to the vehicle.
After walking over to the vehicle – perhaps thinking he wanted directions – the man exposed himself to them. The pair fled and phoned police.
The suspect is described as a white male with a goatee, and driving a black SUV.
Anyone with information is asked to phone police immediately.

There is a biblical prohibition against doing so.

to newcomer–the point isn’t whether or not they were frum, the point is he committed a disgusting act that should not be tolerated in any town with any people anywhere.
Who said being frum had anything to do with this? The point is it is a crime to indecently expose yourself in public. The perp will hopefully be caught and punished to the extent the law allows… I don’t see them having a hard time catching people with expired registrations and giving them the full treatment. Hopefully the police will do the same here.
