LPD Officer Thanks Community for eCards; Sets Record at Hospital

Following yesterday’s article on TLS requesting readers to click-and-send an eCard to his daughter, Officer Pete Vogel tells TLS the response was overwhelming.

“Just want to let everyone back in Lakewood we received over 100 cards today,” says Vogel. “Many of the wonderful notes brought a wonderful tear to our eyes. My daughter perked right up when she saw how many cards she was getting. Over 150 and counting. Thank you all very much.”

Officer Vogel adds, “P.S. You guys set a record it was the most cards the hospital staff has ever delivered. Thanks again.”

Should you still wish to send an eCard to Lauren Vogel, you can do so by clicking here.
