At approximately 1:30 p.m. this afternoon, a man walked into the Exxon station at the intersection of Route 9 and County Line and blatantly ripped out the Pushkah sitting on the check-out counter. The man fled the store and was chased by the Exxon staff while the police were called. However, before they could catch up with him, the man sped away in a vehicle. Police are reviewing the security camera footage. It is unknown how much cash was in the box at the time.
