JUST IN: (PHOTOS) There has just been a bank robbery at the Sovereign Bank on County Line-near the Stop & Shop. Police have swarmed the area looking for the perpetrator and have also staged at the Lakewood/Jackson border. No weapon was shown during the robbery and it is unclear at this time if the robber made away with any cash. We will keep you updated.
U/D 1:20 p.m. The Ocean County Sheriffs Department as well as CIU units have arrived. A Jackson police officer declined to give any description of the suspect or the getaway vehicle-if any.
