It is with much regret we inform you of the Petirah of Hagaon Rav Moshe Wolfson Z”L, the leader of Emunas Yisroel, and the Mashgiach of Yeshiva Torah Vodaath.

The Mashgiach reportedly had difficulty breathing this evening, and was hospitalized in critical condition. He was Niftar a short time ago. He was 99.

The Mashgiach has thousands of Talmidim worldwide, as well as multiple branches of his Bais Medrash – including in Lakewood – a place known for its Avodah in Tefillah.

The Levaya is scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM Sunday at Emunas Yisroel, 4310 16th Avenue, Brooklyn, with Kevurah in Teveria. Prior to the Levaya at Emunas Yisroel, the Morah will be brought to Yeshiva Torah Vodaath at approximately 10:45 AM.
